May 22 was a very cool day. In fact, I did a speech in front of 100 students (3 classes!) from the French Lycée in Vienna – which is my old school –  about my book. We talked about important issues like: security and security standards, the work of the Counterterrorist units and the differences between the units and the countries in the haunting of Criminals. Also the different steps of criminality were analyzed, the work of the NSA, the work of spys – and why institutions monitore and control people… Here is a funny picture with some of the students:

On 14th of May we have been on a Secret Mission at the beautiful and brilliant Five Star Grand Hotel Wien together with the Senate of the Economy Austria  (Senat der Wirtschaft) as well as with the Austrian Federation of Industry (Industriellenvereinigung ), the Austrian Business Association (Österreichischer Gewerbeverein) and the Chamber of Commerce of Switzerland-Liechtenstein and Austria.  The reception was made by young police officers from the Austrian Security Academy, the SIAK. The podium discussion about the topic „What creates security in economy-politics and society“ was a huge success. We had over 250 guests from diplomatic missions of the 16 countries that are in my book, company heads, artists, lawyers, bankers, numerous guests from the World of culture as well as creative people, Senators of the Senate of the Economy – and of course – the Austrian Special Unit EKO Cobra/DSE. Besides: I wear a beautiful dress sponsored by my beloved British Label: Monsoon. With the charming Martina Jung from Radio Orange 94.0 on her Radioshow „Kulturbotschaft – Der Kultur auf der Spur“. We had a 30-minutes talk about missions, that sometimes seems to be impossible, cool guys who save the world but we also reflected about the author of „On a Secret Mission„, who wrote the book of her life 😉
